Millie is a Personal Coach and an Exercise and Weight Management Specialist. She is certified by The American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Leader (she’s been teaching classes for over 25 years), and Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant with specialty recognition in Exercise and Weight Control. Additionally, she is a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a Continuing Education Specialist with the ACE Academy, training other fitness professionals in real-life weight management. She holds a BA from George Mason University and accomplished some work toward her MBA. She has been a professional in the health and fitness industry for more than 25 years, holding positions of Group Exercise Coordinator (4 clubs), Fitness Director, Athletic and Program Director, Marketing Director and General Manager. Millie’s expertise is in coaching and supporting, as well as in teaching, and she prides herself in her ability to “coach the best” out of her clients. Her philosophy is that weight management is part of total life and health management and that sound eating, exercise training and ongoing support are critical for permanent change.
