As a Personal Trainer and Life Coach I am trained and experienced in helping clients reach several types of goals. Though I enjoy working with people on whatever "lifework" they want and/or need, I am especially inclined toward working with them on their weight loss and fitness goals. As a Personal Trainer/Coach I am particulary interested in helping:

The 'A' Team
For my first issue of my newly redesigned website, I decided to feature a very special group of ladies, rather than just one. These ladies have been training with me (personal training and weight management training) for 18 months to 10 years and have become very special to me, not only as wonderful clients, but as wonderful people and terrific friends. Each one of them has made taking care of herself a priority in her life while still being awesome moms (and grandmoms!), beloved spouses, accomplished professionals and more. They have figured out how to make the time to exercise with all the other priorities in their lives and they have worked diligently at figuring out how to eat differently so that they can get to and maintain a weight that makes them feel great. They work hard and consistently and doesn't it show?!?. Later you'll see them featured individually so watch for more on these ladies in coming issues. In the meantime, know that they range in age from 30 to 51...but they look and feel like their 20's!
